1. Island Time

Guest House in Bath*
Start the season with the warm timbre of the marimba, evoking sounds from the islands. Music includes a piece by Gareth Farr based on the flowing gamelan melodies of the magical island of Bali, and a composition about the sea by Japanese composer Tōru Takemitsu. Guest artist Jeff Neitzke, marimba, is joined by Eric Charnofsky, Jane Berkner, Cynthia Cioffari, and George Pope.
Informal outdoor picnic included.

2. A Hüg Wind

Sunday, February 18, 2024, 3:30 p.m.
HÜG Event Center
Join us for a big project—a wind orchestra—at a new venue, in collaboration with our dear friends Urban Troubadour. Guests will be serenaded by wind players in many combinations performing the Dvořák Serenade for Winds in D minor, Op. 44 and Charles Gounod‘s Petite Symphonie in B-flat major. The serenade continues at the buffet downstairs following the concert, with live jazz during dinner.
This concert event is included in your CMSO subscription. Individual tickets will be available through UrbanTroubadour.org
Reception, buffet, wine, and dinner concert included.

3. Pulling Strings
