Announcing our 2026-27 season!

INSPIRED IN AMERICA, September 13, 2026
We open with a celebration of the 250th anniversary with music born in America. The inspiration ranges from folk to jazz, with works by composers who are uniquely American. Ami Vardi, clarinet, is our special guest; who will join regulars Jane Berkner, flute; Eric Charnofsky, piano; Cynthia Cioffari, bassoon; and George Pope, flute, presenting music by Michael Burns, Libby Larsen, Lukas Foss, and William Grant Still.

CONNECTED TO BEETHOVEN, February 28, 2027
Beethoven left us 200 years ago, but his impact lives on. We’ll perform his virtuosic Sonata for Cello and Piano No. 3, plus works by his special mentor, Joseph Haydn and contemporaries, like Frederic Kuhlau. Our guest for this concert is our long-time friend, Greg Fiocca, cello.

Who doesn’t enjoy the music of the Baroque? Along with composers like Georg Phillip Telemann and Antonio Vivaldi, we’ll perform works by Alfred Schnittke and John Rutter that lift the Baroque style and carry into the future. Our special guest is Andréa Belding, violin.
